At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Waehtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the 24th day of March in the year one thoueand eight hundred and ninety-nine. Present H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Merinda McCollum, deceased. David MoHenny the administiator of eaid estáte, comes into court and represente that lie is dow prepared to render his flnal account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 2th day of April, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and aliowing such account and that the lielrs at law of said deased, and all other persons intereeted in said estáte, are required to appear at a seseion of said Court, then to be holëen at the Probate Ofllce, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show oaiwe, if any there be, wby the said account efaould not be allowed: And it is f urther ordered that said administrator give notice tothe ipereons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of 6aid account, and the hearing thereof, by causmg a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argüs Democbat, a newspaper printed and eiroulating in said county, three successive ■weeks prerious to said day of hearing.
