The May Term of Court

The next term of court which begins on Monday the first day of May, bids fair to be a pretty full term. There are five criminal cases, five first class chancery cases, 11 fourth class chancery cases and 47 issues of fact.

The criminal cases are : The People vs. Wm. Mullholland, assault and battery; the People vs. Michael Miler, larceny ; the People vs. Wm. Rafferty, larceny ; the People vs. Jacob Schnitter, larceny; the people vs. Bernard Bornes, larceny.

The first class chancery cases are all divorce cases and are as follows: Rowenar S. Chapman vs. Frank C. Chapman ; Isarel Maharter vs. Harriet Maharter; James B. Wise vs. Clara B. Wise; James H. Bennett vs. Eliza Bennett ; Jennie Ward vs. Frank C. Ward.
