The undersigned have been appointed by the Probate court for said County. commissioners to receive. examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the the estate of Christiana Heinzmann, late of said county, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said probate court for creditors to present their claims against the estate fo said deceased and that they will meet at the store of Heinzmann and Laubengayer Washington street in the City of Ann arbor in said county on Wednesday the 5th day of July. and on Wednesday the 4th day of October next, at 10 o'clock a.m., of each of said days, to receive , examine and adjust said claims.
