Suing the Ann Arbor Road.

Party of Empire People Not Carried to Destination.

Manistee, Mich., May 4. - Nine cases against the Ann Arbor railway company have been noticed for trial by Attorney Nevins at the evening term of circuit court. They represent the crowd of Empire folks who were dumped off at South Frankfort in a blinding snow storm at 2:00 o'clock in the morning last Christmas. The party had tickets purchased for Frankfort and were not delivered at destination. The outcome of these cases will be watched with interest.
