Charles Worden, execntor nained in the will of Mrs. Mary P. Wheeler, has filed a petition in the probate coort to have the instrument admitted to probata The will is dated .Tan. 28, 1899. The beqaest are 100 each to Thomas and Elizabeth Wheeler uephew and níece; to Betsey Kierstead a sister 1600, a family bible and ctrtain other personal effects, Mary King a sister $400, gold spectacles, etc, Elyiner DeForest a nephew cetain personal ffects, Rev. John W. Bradshaw, a mahogany book case, and the Cougregational Home Missionary society 20. The residue to be gfven to his sisters. The estáte is estimated at $1,600. A petition was filed to have an administrator appointed in the estáte of John Cubitt, deceased, of Pittsfield, who died Peb. 22, 1897. The fieirs are three minor children, Emma D., Ifonis Edward and Ellen. The estáte is estimated at $200.
