In Probate Court

   In the probate court Louis Crippen was granted the administration of the estate of Rufus Crippen deceased, of Superior. The estate is estimated at $3,000. Ira and William Crippen were appointed appraisers. The balance of the testimony in the claim of Ira Webster vs. the estate of James W. Waugh, deceased was heard this morning. The claim will be argued June 28. In the estate of Jessie L. Kline, deceased, of Saline, an appeal has been taken by Bertha U. Laing on her claim of $36. The final account, by consent of all the heirs, of Caroline Fowler, administrator cf the estate of Jacob N. Fowler, deceased, of Superior, was heard. The application made to declare Devincey Allport, of Dexter, incompetent will be heard June 12. The petition was signed by Mr. Allport's son. James Clark, of Salem, has been appointed special administrator of the estate of bis father Henry Clark. A petition has been filed to have an administrator appointed for the estate of Caroline Everest, deceased, of Ann Arbor. The estate is estimated at $500. A citation bas been issued for a hearing of an application to declare Everest C. Cowin, of Ann Arbor insane.
