Refused To Set Aside
Judge Donovan yesterday dismissed the bill filed by David Boyce and his sister against their 60 year old mother, Bridget Boyce, to set aside a deed of a farm in Washtenaw county executed to Mrs. Boyce by her husband, 18 years ago, shortly before the latter's death. The son and daughter alleged in their bill that Mrs. Boyce had unduly influenced lier husband to deed the property to her. The court declared that the son and daughter showed ingratitude toward their aged mother in trying to get the property away from her. Not only had she helped her husband accumulate the property, but she had paid abont $2,000 on the farm, which had later been exchanged for lots in Detroit. ---- Free Press
