A Partial Judge's Partial List

      During the year 1888 Judge Lynch tried, sentenced and executed 121 prisoners. This list, which does not include book agents or lightning rod men, shows an alarming activity on the part of that speedy jurist, and it is to be hoped he will give the other courts a better show this year. _____Law Notes
