In the case of Jacob Aray and Hannah Day vs. Kobert W. Hempnill, Henry P. Glover and the Ypsilanti and Saline electric railroad company, an answer to the complainants bill bas been filed. This bill was brought to restrain the defendants from building an electric road along the road adjoining their property. The answer denies that the cider mill is damaged $1,500 as claimed, in fact they say it is only worth $200 and partly stands in the highway. They also deny that 1,500 barrels of cider were made at the mill in one year. They on the other hand, allega that the railroad will benefit the property $1,000.
