Estate of Wm. W. and Elizabeth Hanson

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 22nd day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Wm. W, and Elizabeth M. Hanson, minors.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Endna M. Hanson praying that she may be licensed to mortgage certain real estate belonging to said minors.

Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the 15th day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the next of kin of said minors, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. --H.
