Cuite a party or Aun Aroorites started for Enrope Wednesday. Ib the party were Prof. Carnart, wife and danghter Margaret, and son ; Prof. J. (3. Fatteugill and danghter Caroline; Mrs. Prof. McLacghlin, Miss Giace Haven ; and Karl Cooper. The Carharts will be absent 14 months. Prof. Oarhart has a leave of absence for a year and will put in much time in stndy. Frof. Pattengill is also on a year's leave of absence and will be goue about the same time. Miss Haven will probably not return uutil a year from September. The other members of the party will probably notremain as long. Mr. Cooper will return in September. Tne party will sail froiu New York at 9:30 Saturdayjmorning on the Hamburg American line steamer Graf-waldersee. The same steamer will also carry Secretary J. H. Wade and J. W. Booth, of this city. There were about 20 little people at the train to give tho party a good send off. The children sang a parting song in fine style. Adieus were waved to those left behind as the train departed.
