Battle Creek, Mich., July 13.- Passenger trains Nos. 3 and 10 of the Grand Trunk road collided at Penfleld, bíx miles east of here, wrecking both engines and smashing the bagagge cars. While no one was seriously injured, several people jumped irom the trains in their alarm, and one woman passenger fainted. A confusión of orders is ascribed as the cause of the accident. Engineers Hudler and O'Dell stuck to ttieir poats and escaped injury.
