Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 1st day of July, A. D. 1899, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of Caroline Everest, late of said County, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 2nd day of January next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the 2nd day of October, 1899, and on the 2nd day of January 1900, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.-- Dated, Ann Arbor, July 1st, A. We shall be pleased to have you call at our Ware Rooms and inspect a Ludwig piano that has been used in the Normal conservatory, Ypsilanti, for the past two years.

This piano has,no doubt, had more actual use than it would have in a private home in ten years. It has had no repairs in that time and we shall hold it for a short time to illustrate the wearing qualities of the Ludwig Piano.
