Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, OOUNTY OF

Washtenaw, ss. Notice Is hereby glven,

that by the order of the Probate Court for the

County of Washtenaw, made on the 1st day

of July, A. D. 1898, six months from that

date were allowed for creditors to present

their claims against the estate of Caroline

Everest, late of said County, deceased

and that all creditors of said deceased are re-

quired to present their claims to said Probate

Court, at the Probate office in the city of Ann

Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or

before the 2nd day of January next, and that

such claims will be heard before said Court on

the 2nd day of October, 1899, and on the 2nd

day of January 1900, next, at ten o'clock in

the forenoon of each of said day.
