Kent. Miss Lonise Bnss speut Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mra. Chas. Bnss. Mrs. John Landwehr has returned home after an absence of four weeks ia Manchester village caring for her sister Mrs. Lehman. E. M. Pierce and family were in Chelsea Satnrday and Sunday, the guests of relatives. Master Vernon Pierce returned from Lansiug Thursday, where he has been for sotne time the gnest of his grandpareuts Mr. and Mrs. Vernon C. Dixou. Richard DuBois has retnrned from a visit with his nephew D. A. DuBois, of Detroit. Don and Schuyler Sinith, of Chicago, aie spending the sunimer with their granciparents Mr. ' aud Mrs. Frauk Smith and Mrs. Helen Gilat. The Misses Neilie Crafts, Amelia Jacobs, will attend ttie high school at Grass Lake while Misses Myrtie Knhl and Bertha Landwehr go to Manchester. Miss Cora Knhl is attending theGerïnan snmmer school at Manchester. Miss Mary Brooks, of Norvell, spent Snnday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. . Brooks in North Shaion. The Misses Ella Meyer and Oarrie Streiter visited their annt, Mrs. Charles Morlock, of Cheisea, last week.
