Has Been Arranged for Reunion of Fighting Twenty-Second.

During the reunion of the fighting 22d Michigan Volunteers in this city Aug. 24, the following papers will be read: "What part, if any may the soldiers of '61 to '65 claim in the Spanish war?" Maj.
