Mrs. Houseman and children vsited friends in Petersburg Monday. Prof. Ohas. Carrick and family are visiting friends in Petersburg. Gram is turing out quite well iu this vicinity and it is a fine corn year. Prof. and Mrs. C. M. Puller have retnrued froiu their visit to Azalia. The Milan Cornet Band are getting ready for the tournament in Detroit. Editor Houseman 's guests returned to their home in Petersburg Saturday. Miss Lena Bartram, of Dearborn, is the guest of Miss Lelia Kelly for a few days. Attorney G. R. Williams visited Adrián on business the last of the week. Mrs. Ona Myars and son left lor tbtir home in Calumet this week after a two nionths visit with Mr. and Mrs. S. Andrews. The Sir Kmghts of the Mallet are still holding social meetings on the croquet grounds. Mrs. Terry and son, of Schoolcraft, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Clark, of Connty st. Rev. and Mrs. F. O. Jones returned Friday from a tbree weeks' visit with relatives in Canada. Mrs. Della Holcornb and son, of Detroit, are theguests of Mr. and Mrs. A. Holcomb, of W. Main st. Mrs. Geo. Frank fRoss has puruhased a laundry in Ypsilauti and left Monday to take posseession. His wife will go in a few days and they will make Ypsilanti their home for the present.
