On reading and the petitlon, duly verifled, of Louise Wincgar praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court. purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceaeed may be admitted to probate and that ndministration of said estáte may be yranted to herself as administrator with will annexed in said will named or soine other suitable person.
