Final Accounting of the Elizabeth Fryer Estate.

The final account of Elizabeth S. Fryer, administrator of the estate of John C. Fryer, deceased, of Ypsilanti, was heard and allowed. The estate was assigned to the widow and three minor children, Maggie May, Cora Olive and Mitchell Walker. Each of the children will receive an undivided one-third of the estate subject to the widows right of dower. Mr. Fryer was drowned Aug. 25, last year, in the Huron river while trying to save one of his children who was drowning.

The administrator in the estate of Horace M. Gallup, deceased, of Ypsilanti, was granted Monday to Fred L. Gallup his son. The estate consists of about $2,500 real and personal. Appraisers and commissioners, John P. Kirk and Tracy L. Towner.
