Geo. J. Nissle Is A Hustler

Saline. Mich., Aug. 19. - George J. Nissie is a believer in advertising. It is not often a man is found in a village like Saline who spends over 1,000 a year for advertising. Yet this is what Nissie does and he says it pays him well. His poultry farm is a success. He has four regular employees on it and extra employees when needed. He is engaged in any number of other enterprises. In his fruit evaporating works he has just put in another evaporator into his fruit evaporating works here and has doubled its capacity. He has another fruit evaporator on his hands also. In the Saline evaporating establishment he employs about 20 hands during the winter season. 

He is also one of the heaviest buyers of live poultry in the state. Two years ago he was the heaviest, but last year although he did not let down two other buyers probably purchased as many. He will begin shipping next week. He will then ship two carloads of live poultry and will follow it up with shipping two carloads every week. There are about 4,000 chickens in a carload so that Nissle ships about 8,000 a week.

It takes a hustler to do all this bnsiness, Nissie ie a hustler.
