BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF FIERI FAcias issued out of and under the seaI of the Circuit Court of the County of Wayne and State of Michigan, in favor of Joseph S. Visger. plaintiff, to be directed and delivered, against the goods and cbattels, lands and tenements of Ulysses T Foster, defendant. I did on the 25th day of January, A. D. 1899, levy upon and rake all the right, title and interest of said Ulysses T. Foster, ii and to the following described real estate, sltuated in the Township of Ann Arbor. County of Washtenaw State of Michigan. Known and described as follows:

The east half of the southeast quarter of section 23, also the north half of southwest quarter of section 24. also north half of east half of northeast quarter of section 26, also north west quarter of east half of southwest quarter of section 24. all in Town 2, South Range 6 east, Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, State of Michigan,

All of which I shall expose for sale at public auction or vendue, to the highest. bidder as the law directs, at the south front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, (that being the building in which the Circuit Court of the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan is held) on Monday the 16th day of October A.D. 1899, at 12 o'clock noon (local time).

Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF  Washtenaw, ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 28th day of August, A D. 1899 W, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims agaínst the estate of Daniel W. Amsden, late of said County, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor. for examination and allowance, on or before the 28th day of February next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the 28th day of November, 1899, and on the 28th day of February 1900, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
