A FIGHT AFTER

               SOME ALIMONY

About a month ago Anna Miller, of the township Augusta, commenced a suit for divorce against her husband Isaac Miller. The couple had been married for 33 years. She charged him with extreme and repeated cruelty, specifying two instances when she claims he knocked her down with his fist. The husband denied all this.

But the main fight in the case will probably be over the property. He is the owner of 60 acres of land, subject to a mortgage of $195, and also the usual personal property found on a farm that size. She procured an injunction restraining him from dis-posing of the property. Now Mrs. Miller asks for alimony and makes an affidavit that she has no means to carry on her suit. And at the trial of the cause she will ask for a permanent alimony.
