JUDSON, MORAN AND ALLMENDINGER

All Present To See Jury List Drawn,

The County Clerk Took No Chances On A Hint Of Anything Crooked.

The next term of the circuit court is very likely to see the Judson-Moran, Moran-Judson, Allmendinger cases tried, and a great deal more than the mere judgments which may be rendered is involved. It means the vindication of one or the other of the two factions of the Republican party in this county and the consequent condemnation of the losers.

To prevent any possibility of a hint of anything crooked in connection with the drawing of the jury which will have the facts of these cases to determine, County Clerk Schuh and Deputy Blum notified the several generals of the warring factions of the exact hour when the drawing would take place.

Besides the usual number of interested spectators there were present William Judson, S. A. Moran and G. Frank Allmendinger. The first named quietly puffed away on his cigar, but watched intently. The latter two had pencils and paper and made a record of the names as they were drawn from the box.
