HESSIONS GOT OFF
WITH THIRTY DAYS

Tommy Hessions, who was arrested for assault with intent to do great bodily, less then a crime of murder said he was willing to plead guilty to simple assault and battery and Prosecuting Attorney Kirk accepted it.
Judge Kinne sentenced him to 30 days in the county jail.
This was the assault case which occurred on a Sunday afternoon and which lead up to the arrest of half a dozen saloon keepers.
