Sheriff's Sale.

BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF FIERI FAcius issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Court of the  County of Wayne and State of Michigan. in favor of Josepb S. Visger. plaintiff, to be directed and delivered, against the goods and chattels, lands, and tenements of Ulysees T Foster, defendant. I did on the 25th day of January, A. D. 1899, levy upon and take all the right, title, and interest of said Ulysses T. Foster, in and to the following described real estate,  situated in the township of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan. Known and described as follows:

The east half of the southeast quarter of section 23, also the north half of southwest quarter of section 24. also north half of east half of northeast quarter of section 28, also northwest quarter of east half of southwest quarter of section 24 all in Town 2, South Range 6 East, Ann Arbor Washtenaw County, State of Michigan,

All of which I shall expose for sale at public auction or vendue, to the highest bidder as the law directs, at the south front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, (that being the in which the Circuit Court of the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan is held) on Monday the Fifth day of October A D. 1899, at 12 o'clock noon (local time). John Gillen, Sherriff.

Dated, August 28th, 18 & I9. The above sale is hereby adjourned until Monday the 23d day of October, A. D. 1899, at, 12 o'clock noon, local time, at the south front door of the Court House. Dated, October 16, 1899. John Gillen, Sheriff.

In the Estate of Hiram Marsh. STATE Of MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor on Thursday, the 19th day of October, In the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine. Present, H. WIRT NEWKIRK, .ludge of probate.

In the matter of the estate of Hiram Marsh, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Mary P. Marsh, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estate may be granted to herself the executrix in said will named or to some other suitable person.

Thereupon it is ordered that Wednesday, the l6th day of November next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigued for the hearing of said petition and that the devisee, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all othor persons interested In said estate are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Oflice, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause íf any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be glanted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
