Present, H. ffirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John TI. Stabler, deceased. On reading and uling the petition, duly verlfled, of .lohn E. Stabler and Mary C. Spiess praying that a ïay be fixed for having theïr petition heretnfor fiied and tnat this court determine who are the lawful heirs of suid deceased Thereupon it is ordered that Mondar, the r7th day of November next, at 10 o'clock in the foienoon, 'be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estat are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at' the Probate Court, in the city of Ann Arbor, aud show callee, if any there be, why the pvayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
