SUPPOSED HE WAS WORTH $8,000
BUT ANTON SHIPPACASSAE HAD DEEDED AWAY HIS PROPERTY
Just Before He Married His Second Wife--Now She Starts a Law Suit.
Amelia Schiappaccasse, widow of the late Anton Schiappaccasse, has filed a bill of complaint against Mary Ratti and the other children of her husband by bis first wife to get control of the property deeded to to them before her marriage, and which she supposed he was possessed of. She asserts that he represented himself to be worth $8,000 but that he quietly deeded the real estate to his children, so that when he died all that was left of the estate was about $1,500.
