Clouds Did Not Break Away

CLOUDS DID NOT

BREAK AWAY

The dense clouds that have been

covering the sky for the past few

nights have prevented any observa-

tions on the meteoric display which is

supposed to be going on behind the

scenes.

Prof. Hall remained up until 5

o'clock yesterday trying to get a

glimpse of the shower, but failed.

It seems too bad, after the extensive

preparations made for taking observa-

tions and photographs at the observa-

tory, that they should result in noth-

ing.
