There is another chapter added in

the Eames case against the Morgan

estate.

While the matter is in the courts or

about to be in the courts, Mrs. Eames,

the claimant for the Morgan thous-

ands, doesn't want the Franklin Par-

ker estate settled up and has got an

order from the United States to show

cause and a restraining order against

O. C. Johnson, of the Parker estate,

from rendering his final account and

being discharged. This order was taken

out in the United States court

at Grand Rapids and will be argued

in a few days.
