William Z. Burton vs. Eliza Burton.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, 22nd JUDICIAL Circuit. In Chancery. Suit pending in the County of Washtenaw in chancery at the City of Ann Arbor, on the 14th day of August, A. D. 1899.

William Z. Burton. complainant, vs. Eliza Burton, defendant.

In this cause it appearing by affidavit on file that defendant, Eliza Burton, is not a resident of this state, but resides at Canton, state of Ohio, therefore, on motion of Cavanaugh and Wedemeyer, solicitors for complainant, it is ordered that defendant enter her appearance in said cause on or before four months from the date of this order and that within twenty days the complainant cause this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, said publication to be continued once in each week for six weeks in succession --E. Estate of Charles Binder.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday. the 1st day of November, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Charles Binder, deceased.

Albert Mann the administrator of said estate, comes into court and represent that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrators.

Thereupon it is ordered that Wednesday, the 29th day of November next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor in said County, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. --H. Estate of Daniel S. Tilden.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 9th day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Daniel S. Tilden deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Henrietta Tildon, praying that the administration of said estate may be granted to Seth E. Sheldon, or some other suitable person.

Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 4th day of December next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor. and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. --H.
