TO TAKE PART IN THE INSTITUTE ROUND-UP

Wilson, of the Department of Agriculture, will Come if He Can.

Secretary Mills has just received a letter from Prof. Smith, of the Agricultural College, in which he states that the round-up of Farmers' Institutes will be held in Ann Arbor, Feb. 27, 28, March 1 and 2, as was agreed upon here.

He also writes that he has just heard from Secretary Wilson of the Agricultural Department at Washington. Mr. Wilson says he will surely be here if he can, but will not promise so far in advance. But he adds that if he does not come personally, a representative of the department of agriculture will be here to take an active part in the exercises.
