Estate of John U. Staebler.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday. the 28th day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of John U. Stabler, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of John U. Stabler and Mary C. Spiess praying that a day be fixed for having their petition heretofor filed and that this court determine who are the lawful heirs of said deceased.

Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 27th day of November next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Court, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. --H. Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, made on the 18th day of September, A. D. 1899, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of Ann Canwell, late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 19th day of March, next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the 18th day of December, and on the 19th day of March, 1900, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.   Dated, Ann Arbor, September 18, A. Notice in Chancery.

SATE OF MICHIGAN. In the Circuit Court tor the County of Washtenaw in Chancery.

William Payne, Complainant vs. Minnie Payne, Defendant.

Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw in Chancery, on the 16th day of October, A. D 1899. In this cause it appearing from affidavit on file, that the Defendant Minnie Payne is not a resident of this State, but resides at Kingston, Ontario in Canada, on motion of Randall & Jones, Complainant's Solicitors, it is ordered that the said Defendant Minnie Payne cause her appearance to be entered herein, within four months from the date of this order, and in case of her appearance that she cause her answer to the Complainant's Bill of Complaint to be filed, and a copy thereof to be served on said Complainant's Solicitors within twenty days after service on her of a copy of said bill, and notice of this order; and that in default thereof, said bill be taken as confessed by the said non-resident defendant.

And it is further ordered. that w___ twenty days the said Complainant ca___ notice of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed, published and circulating ins aid county, and that such publication be continued there at least once in each week, ___ six weeks in succession,or that he caus___ copy of this order to be personally served to said non-resident Defendant, at least twenty days before the time above prescribed ___ her appearance.  __E.
