Notice in Chancery. STATE OF MICHIGAN. In the Circuit Court lor the County of Washtenaw in Chancery. Williatn Payne, Complainant vs. Minnie Payne, Defendant. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw in Chaneery, on the 16th day of October, a. i 1899. In tbis cause it appearinir frorn affldavit on file, that the Defendant Minnie Payne is not a resident of this State, but resides at Kingston, Ontario, in Canada, on mntion of Kandall & Jones. Complainant's Solieitors, it is ordered that the said Defendaat Minnie Payne cause her appearance to be entered herei, within four montos from the date of this order, and in case of her appearauce that she cause her answer to the Complainant's Bill of Complaint to be filed, aiid a copy thereof to be served on said L'omplaiuanfs Solieitors, within tweaty days after service on her of a copyofsad till, and notiue of this order; and that in default thereof, said bill be taken as confessed by the said non-residentdeïendant.
