Springfield, Ills., Dec. 28 - Yesterday morning's session of the Illinois State Horticultural Society was devoted to a discussion of the commission merchant act, passed by the last general assembly, and which was declared unconstitutional by the supreme court last week. The society will make an attempt to have a similar bill passed at the next general assembly.
