IN PURSUANCE AND BY VIRTUE OF A

decree of the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, in Chancery, on the 19th day of December, 1899, in a certain cause therein pending, wherein The Citizens' Savings Bank of Detroit, Michigan is complainant, and Mary M. Woodruff, Marcus T. Woodruff, Eva Woodruff, Atticus Woodruff. Charles M. Woodruff, Alice A Woodruff, Joseph Woodruff and Katherine Woodruff are defendants.

Notice is hereby given that I shall sell at Public Auction, to the highest bidder, at the south front entrance to the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor, county of Washtenaw and state of Michigan, (that being the building in which the circuit court for the county of Washtenaw is held), on Friday, the 9th day of February, 1900, at twelve o'clock noon, local time, the following described property, vlz:

All those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in the City of Ypsilanti, County of Washtenaw, and state of Michigan, and described as follows, viz: A parcel of land situate on the east side of the Huron River in the village, now city, of Ypsilanti, commencing four (4) rods west of the southeast corner of lot two hundred (200), numbered on the plat of said village, running thence north eight (8) rods to the north line of lot number one hundred and ninety-nine (199), thence west on the north line of said lot four (4) rods, thence south eight (8) rods, thence east four (4) rods to the place of beginning.

Also, lot number two (2) in Gilbert's Park Addition to the city of Ypsilanti. Dated, Ann Arbor, December 26th, 1899.
