Commissioner's Notice.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF  Washtenaw. The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County. commissioners to receive. examine and adjust all claims and demands of all sons against the estate of Daniel S. Tildenlate of said county, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed by order of said Probate Court for creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased. and that they will meet at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor. in said County, On Monday the 5th day of March, and on Monday the 4th day of June next, at 10 o'clock a. m.. of each of said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims.

Sheriffs Sale.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT BY virtue of a writ of a fieri facias issued out of the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw. in favor of Philip O'Hara and, James Boyle et al., against the goods and chattels and real estate of Michael J. Kearns, in said county. to me directed. I did on the 13th day of August, A. D. 1897, levy upon and take all the right, title and interest of the said Michael Kearns in and to the following described real estate, that is to eay: Lot nineteen (19), and a strip of land in front of and between the Church lot, so called, and Elizabeth street, all in Swathel's Addition to the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, State of Michigan. All of which I shall expose for sale or public venue to the highest bidder at the south front door of the court house, in the city of Aun Arbor. in said county, that I being the place of holding the circuit court for the County of Washtenaw, on the first day of February, A. D. 1900, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day.
