Benjamin Allen vs. Peter Madden. Malicious prosecution and slander. Verdict for plaintiff, $100. Defendant granted 10 days to move for new trial, and 80 days to file and serve bill of exceptions. Each sentefceed to Jackson for five years, from January 23. The People vs. H. J. Pew.
