Iu accordance wlth a resoluüon adopted at Grand Raplds, May lOth, 1876, every county Ís entltled to one delégate for each 500 votes cast Jor Governor at the last general electlon (Ín 3S78), and one addltlonal delégate for every íractlon of 300 votes, but each organlzed county wlll be entltled to at least one delégate.
