It can be mado into a room 80x80, or expanded into onc 80x160 feet, and will accommoihitc 2,000 people with soats. A temporáneo meeting ia tü be held at i'orbo' Corners, next Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, upon which occasion Fred. Esslinger, of this city, will'speak. O. F. Webster having all the business of his own which he ean poasibly attend to, has been forced to resigh the treasuryship of thu reform club, and Chas. Boylan was unanimously re-electcd to the position. The club in this city are having a floor made for thoir tent, and getting ready to hold a harvet-t dance in tho same. Date not yet settled upon. Sorne 300 couplo can be accommodatcd with dancing room. Tho rod ribbon club of Dixboro are to try again, and will hold their mass meeting at 2 o'clock next Sunday. R. E. Frazor and otheró will spoak. Therc will bc no meetings ia this city, so that al! can go who desire. The " City of Detroit," which takes the excursión people from Detroit to Port Huron, next weck Friday, is one of the Cleveland lino and must be raady for regular business at 'J o'clock p. m. So the publio need have no fears of being delaycd on tho waters. Tho time table will be carriod out sharp. The anuouncementa of tho red ribbon club publishcd in the Courier are always given us by members who ought to know whether they aro correct or not, and yo ooal ia not to blamo for making wrong statements in this respect. Tho lectures of C. D. llildcbrand for last Friday ovening, and of' Jas. G. Clark for Monday evcning, July 19th, noithcr of whicli came off, are both instancos of this kind.
