The rebel General Cockrell is chairman of the oommittee on claim. The rebel Colonel Harria is ekairuiau of the committee on District uf Columbia. Senator Garland, who was in Jeff. Davis' oongress, is chairman of the committee on terntories. The rebel General Raniom is chairman of the oommittee on railroads. The rebel soldier James E. Bailey is chairman of the committee on education and labor. The rebel General M. C. Butler is chairman of the oommittee on civil service and retrenchment. The rebel General Morgan is chairman of the oommittee on rules. The rebel Colonel Lámar is chairman of the Mississippi river comuiittee.
