At a sesslon of the Probate Court for the Countj of Washlenaw, holden at the Probate office, in the city of Aon Arbor ,on Wednetday, the seventeenth day of November, iu the year one thousand eight hundrtd awl eiirhty. Pretent, William D. Hamman, Judgc of Prooate. In the matter of the eetate of Abigail E. Latiiner, deceased. Charles E. Latimer, admlnlstrator of wiiil estáte, comea into court and reprt eents that he Ib now prepared to render hla final acconnt as auch admlnlBtrator. Thereapon lt ia ordered, that Tueeday, the fcmrteenth day of December next, at ten o'clock in tbc foreiioon, be assigned for cxamining ai.d allowing ench account, and that the helrs at law of eaid deceased, and all other persons interested in eaid eBtate, are required to appear at a Bession of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Üftlce, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, lf any there be. why the sid account should not be allowed.
