Tho circuit court for the couoty of Washtenaw convened last Tussday. The first business done was the permanent excusal of Ed. VV. King, of Ypsilanti Town, and O. E. Thompson, of Ypsilanti City, as jurors, and the reinainder of the jury until next Tuesday, Jan. 11 tb, at 10 o'clock. The followinj; cases were disposed of: Minerva Johnson vu. Henry Johnson.
