We make this statement, believing that Floratio Burch, of Manchester, though elected as a greenbacker, will act with the republicana upon all subjects of impoitance to iho party. It will be remembered that he cut loóse from the democratie party lust fall, and carne out for Gartield. The republicaos lose two meiubers in this city, Messrs. Krapf and Gregory. Last year the board stood thirteen republicana, ten deraocrats and two greenbackers, Mr. Burch then acting with the democrats and Mr. liane with tl e republicans. This ycar these gentlemen haveboth been re-elected, and they will probably both act with the republicans, which will practically ruake the board stand thirteen republicana, twelve democrats.
