The last two expressionsure not to be discarded eutirely, except by those who have come to um1 them with too much frequency and in a meaningless way: 'twont fiqoer ÜM SECH JI8T DUN'v 'taint to-morukr warn't arr BEN I,EM Hl YOüHN HORRIIi hain't shell mketin' ouess wal splendid holler voü know cap'n voü see - CoDeregationalist. The Muskegon Sentinel tells a truthful tale and draws a sensible conclusión therefrom in a recent issue : A town in the interior of this state once wrote to the proprietor of a factory giving him the population of the town, etc, send in copies of papers publUhed there, and offering him a hand.some bonus to move his factory there. He replied that the binus was satisfactory, but that he could not afford to do the advertising of a town, and noticing that less than 20 business cnterprises were reprenented in their papers, he could not affurd to roake tbe chauge, as it was neoeisary that bis factory should be located in a town that advertisod enough to be known away froui home ; consequently tliis offer was declined. Very many desiruble and proötable industries take second rate locations simply bicauve they are well a'lvcrtised and consequently well known. Itule. - Every business sbould be advertised, not largely, perhaps, but persistently and profitably. This will win every time, both individually and colleotively.
