Reportl to the State Boanl of Hi-altli, Lansiug, by 56 observers of diseasrs in different parts of tlie state, show causis of sickness duiing the week ending December 17, 1881, as follows: For the week ending Dec. 17, 1881, the reports indícate a considerable ncrease in the arca of prevalence of pneumonía, and a considerable decreuse in that of bronchitis, an unusual occurrence if real, as bronchitis and pneumonía usually iucrease or decreuse under similar meteorological conditions.
