Monüay evenlnjj Ada Qray supported by a good eompany will appeur at the Opera House in the characters of Lady [sabel and Madame Vine. She has made i specialty oL the play, "East Lynne" and has made some great successes in it. The Cinciiinati Enquirer says of a recent performance: "Last eveninga large number of the lovers of the drama witnessed the first performance of Ada Gray In this city. Sne may congratúlate herself upon as warm a reception as was ver accorded Uere any actress. "Eagt Lynne," in itself is a strong play for the exerclse of the exercise of the best talent. Miss Gray's conception or the character of Lady Isabel is marked by a delicate apprehension of its peculiar quality- she thorouglily ImprMHd her audience of her litness for it. "East Lynne" gives a wide latitude for the portrayal of the delicate and sen8itive ippreliensions of the woman's nature, and Aila Gray brings to the character of Lady Isabel and Madame Vine a forcé and conception that Impresse an audience at once by its intensity and perfectness. She certainly has reason to congratúlate lieiself upon the marked entluisiasm of lier audienc last evening, and the tnost emphatic expressions of approval. She was called before the curtain tli ree times, each time returned to her work with renewed enthusiasm, wliich marks the eftbrts of the true artist.'
