'2 , lias couuludcd to place in the field ut the coming spring elcction, a Citizens Law and Order ticket - irrespeotive of party, the candidates upon said ticket to be men that will commaud the respect of the people, and who can safely be depended upon to enforce and ixecute the laws. It was also concluded that the sereral ward caucuscs be held on Monday evening, March 19, at half-past seven o'clock, p. m., and the city convention on Wednesday evening, March 21, as half -past seren o'clock, p. m. City and ward conimittcrs were also appoiuted.
