F. Nealson is on the sick list. Miss Bertha Keyscommenced lier school in Webster last Monday- the people all sympalhize with C. S., and hope he roay be reconciled to his fate. Mr, John Allen whom we all remember and respect as ourold singing school teacher was the guest of G. H. ïlitcl.ell, last week. Mrs. S. Easton, wife of Lcandor Easton died on the löth inst., at the eaiïy age ol twenty-tive years. She leavesa husband, an infant chili, and a host of friends to luourn her loss. Mr. S. Cook Intends taklne a pleasure trip to California in abont two weeks. The wheat erop in this locality is not injured as much as was at lirst supposed by the severe winter and the amount of ice with which it was covered, and if nothing happens to it frem now out, the farmers will be biest with a bountiful harvest. We notice that a good many have started the plow, and are getting reudy to put in their spring crops.
