The rooms" were beautifuily decorated with llowers, and in tlie room oft'irom the parlors was the table laden with nuinerons and elegant bridal presenta. The service was commeneed at eigbt by lier. It. B. Pope, on either side asslsted by the fathers of the bride and grooin. Tlie brotliers and sisters of the bride- Firman and Mary, Carlton and Gracie, stooil up with tlie candidates tor Hymeu's honors. The bride was attired in a white silk dress with vail and lillies of the valley. After the cereinony was concluded congratulations were in order. The happy couple have started on a bridal tour through the east, to New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and other place?, until the 20th of June, when they sail on the Scythia, of the Cunard line, tor a year's travel in Europe. WLen they return it wiĆ¼ be to settle in Detroit, wliere 51 r. Johnson is at the head of a large and prosperous business, as president of the Johnston Optical Company.
