Yesterday morning at the house of Theodore Taylor on South University Avenue tl.e re'atives and intímate frienJs of the fumily assemblee! to observe the wedding of Annie F. Taylor to Henry 1$. Parsons of New York city. The service was rendered by Rev. 11. B. Tope, and after the brldal colktioti the iewly married lonple took the Grand Rápida Express cast for a tour down the St. Lawrence and through the White Mountains After a few weeks of travel they will settle in New York city. Mr. Parsons was graduated f rom the school of pharmacy in 1876 and for two years was Prof. Langley's assistant in the Chemical In August '78, he received dn appointment as analytical chemist in the Agricultural department at Washing;on. As a delégate to the couvention of the sixth decennial revisión of the U. S. Pharniacopoeia In 18S0 he was a member of the committee for the final revisión of Phartnacopoeia. Already he has pubished over forty papers on scien tifie subects, and most of these have been extensively reprinted. He now has a position m the laboratory of a large Drug house n New York city. Mrs. Parsons as Miss Annie Taylor is well known in Ann Arbor for her virtues and will be missed. Best wishes accompany thein to their new ïome.
